Return Policy


Returns + Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:  
- Gift cards 
- Under garments (i.e. bathing suits) 
- Some health and personal care items (i.e. lotion)

To complete your return, we require your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. 

Returns offer store credit ONLY. Items may be returned at our physical location, or by mail. Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow up to 3 business days for items to be inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are considered FINAL SALE.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Store Credit ONLY is applicable for all returned items.

If an item you receive appears damaged, please contact us via email at cellav.boutique@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item. Please allow up to 3 business days for damaged items to be inspected, and our team will contact you with follow up. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7235 Willow Rd., North Syracuse NY 13212, United States. Title the item “Returned Product” with proof of purchase (confirmation email) inside.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
